The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies arrested Emmanuel J. Mundell, 33, of Ovid on February 25th at 2:00 am for fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass.
It is alleged Mundell broke into a Town of Ovid residence and remained there unlawfully. He was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond.
